Emergency Planning (EPCRA) — Tier II & TRI (Form R)

Typical items we gather and prepare for your Tier II submission:

Timeline: Most states require filing by March 1 for prior calendar year inventory.

• Onsite releases, offsite transfers, and waste management totals
• Supplier info requests and data quality checks
• Form R vs. Form A eligibility review and CDX filing

Timeline: Annual TRI deadline is typically July 1 for prior year data.

If you have EHSs at or above TPQs, EPCRA requires notifications and coordination with local responders.
